Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate Must be able to maintain the head office & factory office Accounts Department independently.
∎ He/she should be responsible for the following actions
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly cash flow of the project budget
∎ Follow the Organizational and Donor's financial guide line.
∎ Arrange purchase project goods as per donor requirement through purchase committee and requirements of the project.
∎ Prepare requisitions and present comparative statement as per quotation,
∎ Provide logistics support to project staff and maintain balance of register of logistic materials.
∎ Provide regular financial feedback to project coordinator regarding problem and progress.
∎ Prepare monthly quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial reports and submit to donor through Project Coordinator and ED.
∎ Keep the all accounts related books (cash book, ledger book, voucher, and petty cash for daily expenditure) and updated.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
