Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle of all Tax & VAT related matters of the company.
∎ Prepare Annual Income Tax computation and submitting Income Tax Return.
∎ Prepare half yearly Withholding Tax Return and other statutory return as per ITO and submission to the DCT.
∎ AIT/ VDS certificate provide to supplier.
∎ Submit Withholding Tax & VAT to Govt. exchequer and collect acknowledgement copy.
∎ Prepare monthly VAT return and submission through online as well as hard copy to respective VAT Circle.To proper maintenance of books of various accounts /registers.
∎ To prepare proper report on accounts related statement and documents
∎ To maintain an accurate accounting system, including computer data entry and paper file system
∎ To ensure appropriate TAX and VAT deduction from customers' invoices and deposits to Govt. of the treasury.
∎ Entry in sales book and deduct VAT amount from the current account from all supplied product
∎ To proper maintenance sales, collection and accounts records with the organization's policy.
∎ To be movement field base due to accounts & collection work purposes.
∎ To manage day-to-day accounting records including Tally entries & Ledger / Party ledger book.
∎ To proper maintenance sales documentation & goods delivery records with the organization's policy.
∎ To maintain daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on all sales proceeds, contributions, credit sales, sales due & advances.
∎ To deal with Debit/Credit vouchers, different registers, and ledgers.
∎ To prepare & check cash vouchers/bank vouchers with supporting papers are prepared properly
∎ To should have sound knowledge about ERP / Tally software & it's troubleshooting.
∎ Good command of MS Office, Internet browsing, email, and any Accounting software.
∎ To work with the audit team at various time.
∎ To take physical inventory once a month to cross-check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ To comply with any other task as assigned by the • Handle of all Tax & VAT related matters of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Hands-on skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Minimum typing speed 35-40 English and 25-30 Bangla words per minute
∎ Be proactive, energetic, sincere, and honest
∎ Able to work under stressful circumstances
∎ Should be the mentality for field base party visit
∎ Able to work an extra hour
Salary:
∎ Tk. 24000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ As per Company policy
