Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer and monitor IT operations of the Company
∎ Internal server, Network management, end user support and existing software administration.
∎ Maintenance and Website development, Domain, Hosting etc
∎ Maintenance of the daily operations of ERP solutions and generate reports as required by the top management in excel or formats of ERP.
∎ Install, configure and support large-scale production and network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, load balancers and other network equipment
∎ Network troubleshooting and fault analysis; hardware troubleshooting.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot. Computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Knowledge on network fundamentals, general network/ device configuration
∎ Able to prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedule for all IT software and equipment.
∎ Coordination with other departments in order to understand and meet their technical support and requirements.
∎ Wireless devices like Ubiquity/UBNT, Cambium, others WiFi router, IP, R&S and routing protocol OSPF, EIGRP, RIP etc.
∎ Design, develop, and maintain desktop and Web-based software applications using adhering to best coding practices and standards.
∎ Monitor system hardware and software and manage system and service performance
∎ Perform periodic security reviews and maintain network infrastructure to appropriate security standards
∎ Lead technical discussions, share knowledge, and contribute to the team's technical strategy and direction.
∎ Provide technical security support, advice and further analysis on the vendor products and technologies listed below for our customers infrastructure security needs
∎ Support the company Day to day needs and be part of a rotational on-call support workflow to respond to urgent out of hours Network issues. Therefore, flexibility is essential for this role
∎ Must have practical knowledge to install and configure networking equipment's like - router (MikroTiK), switches (CISCO, BDCOM), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, CDATA), OLT, ONU and wireless devices.
∎ Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trucking protocol, inter VLAN routing.
∎ Must have knowledge about transmission network.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Monitor and operate the CCTV cameras and ensure proper CCTV surveillance covers
∎ Take instant action and fix CCTV cameras & associated equipment if there is any interruption in the CCTV surveillance system
∎ Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Degree in IT Engineering or other related experience
∎ Takes responsibility for assigned tasks, and is accountable for driving tasks through to completion
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Understand user technical requirements & network problems.
∎ Network Switch & Router configure. Structured network cabling.
∎ Computer software & hardware knowledge must.
∎ Proven experience as a software developer with a strong portfolio of projects in web, desktop, and cross-platform development
∎ Ability to proactively manage assigned workload and to execute tasks in a timely manner.
