∎ Bachelor degree with ophthalmic / medical instrument/ pharmaceuticals experience will be preferable.

∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be maintain ophthalmic product base sales & marketing work
∎ 95% field base work, anywhere in Country
∎ Sound knowledge about ophthalmic instrument & its present market
∎ Organizing appointments and meetings with ophthalmologist and hospital-based eye healthcare staffs
∎ Creating a new idea to reach more potential customers and a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
∎ Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target on Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, and Annual basis.
∎ Promote products to the ophthalmology professionals.
∎ Day to day will be doctor (ophthalmology) visit.
∎ Prepare follow-up details regarding day to day client {doctor (ophthalmology)} visit.
∎ Prospecting, identifying & developing new & existing customers.
∎ Evaluates & implements specific plans to ensure Revenue Growth.
∎ Recommend service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
∎ Track & initiate Dialogue with Government Department for new projects.
∎ Influence & respond to major tenders and negotiate successful outcomes with/without support of distributor personnel as appropriate.
∎ Prepare regular report on sales & marketing activities, product launches, promotion, strategies to achieve sales targets and monitoring of competitor's activities.
∎ Ensure business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, corporate policies and ethical standards.
∎ Management of Key Accounts & Key Customers, who will have significant impact on business.
∎ Strong exposure and understanding of business strategy planning and implementation
∎ Meet up the any task assign by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Client Relationship Management, Sales
∎ Sound knowledge about ophthalmic field & eye hospital
∎ Sound knowledge about ophthalmic instrument & its present market
∎ ophthalmic / medical instrument/Pharmaceuticals experience will be preferable.
Salary:
