Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth and successful day-to-day operations by Medical Services Department, and thus works closely with Operations and Nursing services.
∎ Ensure smooth day-to-day duty roster for all hospital HR and coordinate to in-house & out doctors & surgeons.
∎ Responsible for communicating and reporting to relevant govt. authority and legal issues.
∎ Maintain regular liaison with head office and other relevant management staff.
∎ Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans
∎ Bring out the best of the Hospital’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
∎ Provide leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives.
∎ Monitor hospital departments and increase the efficiency level of business development activities and transactions.
∎ Provide specialist knowledge to support and implement various camping initiatives, Eye Camp.
∎ Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs
∎ Ensure an effective customer/patient complaint management procedure to resolve complaints and do trend analyzing to take preventive measures.
∎ Monitors, controls, and reviews the appraisals and reward programs in association with Human Resource Team.
∎ Ensure appropriate responses to handling medical emergencies are in place, lead on emergency situations when present, and follow up all cases to conclusion.
∎ Support field team members to implement marketing strategies and monitor progress and effectiveness of activities as per agreed policy.
∎ Monitor stock and usage of medicine, co-ordinate purchasing in accordance with hospital & pharmacy needs, ensure records are maintained in accordance with regulation and policy
∎ Work with the finance team to formulate tariffs for relevant services and ensure statutory compliance including hospital policies regarding financial management.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the field of health care/ Clinic/Hospital business will be given preference.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal and liaison skills.
∎ Should have staff supervision and development skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of computer literacy
∎ Excellent communication (written and oral) and relationship management skills.
∎ Team player, excellent interpersonal & communication skills, analytical skills, self-organizing capacity. Open to ideas and contributions from others.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
