Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to manage at least 20 showrooms.
∎ Excellent objective-setting, analytical & persuasion skills.
∎ Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
∎ Proven working experience as Retail Supervisor or Retail coordinator
∎ Must be able to achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales targets.
∎ Must be able to achieve operational objectives by planning, monitoring, techniques and motivating shops.
∎ Develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategy;
∎ Build a healthy and positive team atmosphere which will allow them to collectively achieve the target in a cohesive manner.
∎ Identify and explore new market opportunities and Setting trade marketing programs and monitoring;
∎ Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
∎ Observe competitor's activities continuously and revise marketing drive as required to ensure brand competitive advantage;
∎ Identify, analyze and solve the problems of the shops all over the country and use the resources provided by management to overcome the problems as soon as possible.
∎ Take responsibility for the success-failure of the shops, monitor sales guide the product display, indoor-outdoor branding, selling techniques, product knowledge etc.
∎ Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions, and prepare merchandise displays and advertising copy.
∎ Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory services.
∎ Keeping inventory and sales records for head office.
∎ Manage a team of Retail people working on target sales initiatives
∎ Lead creative development to motivate the target sales to "take action"
∎ Lead and manage the retail team, including hiring, training, and setting performance expectations. Foster a creative and collaborative work environment.
∎ Ensure that all retail management activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including advertising standards and data privacy regulations.
∎ Execution plan for Business Development of Corporate Sales, Showroom sales, Direct or Retail Sales Strategy with B2B & B2C.
∎ To manage and monitor the delivery lines to ensure the best possible service delivery at the right time.
∎ Maintain clean and safe environment.
∎ Need to travel throughout the country frequently due to monitor sales.
∎ Any other assignment when & where required related to retail shops
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have effective communication skills
∎ Ability to work independently, with supervision.
∎ Should be smart, sincere/trustworthy and have a pleasant personality
∎ Must have fluent in English & able to communicate with foreign customers.
∎ Knowledge and ability excellent computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, Internet usage) in the use of software applications.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates who can drive a motorcycle with a driving license.
∎ Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
∎ Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ As per Company policy
