∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ HSC/Bachelor of Commerce/ Science with experience on store
∎ Master/Bachelor with any discipline/ professional certificates in supply chain management or store management will be treated as additional qualification
∎ Skills Required: Store/ inventory

Job Context:
∎ Store officer as like as store keeper for Group Company. To work will be maintain in Inventory Software & Store Software and tally software.
∎ Responsible for stocking of all sensitive and non-sensitive items in a neat and orderly manner. Be handling the items of every store along with the work activities of the store.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Store officer for Group Company.
∎ To work will be maintain in Inventory Software & Store Software and tally software.
∎ Responsible for stocking of all sensitive and non-sensitive items in a neat and orderly manner.
∎ Be handling the items of every store along with the work activities of the store.
∎ Ensure all warehouse/store stocks are kept in properly assigned shelves with proper labeling.
∎ Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Responsible for keeping the warehouse / go down/store clean at all times.
∎ Must be able to work from the store under the existing store environment.
∎ Organizing and controlling the flow of materials.
∎ Every product must be issued against individual requisitions approved by depart heads.
∎ Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work and filing of all documents
∎ Receive a copy of all purchase orders issued by procurement with sample where applicable.
∎ Receive all goods from vendor and physically check quantity and quality as per Purchase Order.
∎ Any others assign by authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacy (MS Excel/Word, Internet, e-mail) is must
∎ Knowledge in Inventory Software & Store Software will be needed. Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ as per company policy
