Job Responsibilities:
∎ To drive awareness, website traffic, conversion, and client retention, build & manage the community of happy clients.
∎ To communicate with existing and potential customers through social media platforms and over phone.
∎ To answer all the client queries by the end of each of the designated shift timeline, each day.
∎ To facilitate and clarify the customers with any query regarding any product, mostly through social media page.
∎ To update the customers about any upcoming or newly launched product of company while answering to their questions.
∎ To coordinate and implement all creative content as make creative graphics design, post content, photographs, video and advertisement management of FaceBook, YouTube, Google, Twitter, Instragram etc.
∎ To do email marketing, SMS campaign and maintain assigned sales offer, launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords/AdSense, Facebook etc, to increase company and brand awareness.
∎ To as a online shopping influencer for any brand / product, you present the brand in different digital media, in the form of live video, you present different features of the brand/product in attractive way to influence the viewers to purchase the product.
∎ To implementing and Managing company's social media accounts and managing all digital assets like Domain & Hosting, App, Payment accounts and conduction routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement.
∎ To be planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
∎ Handle daily operation of E-commerce and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
∎ To be confirm purchase order, product requisition & packing process and delivery.
∎ Report daily/weekly/monthly sales status to the Management and resolve any problems to ensure the order is executed as per customers' specifications.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by management as and when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with written & verbal.
∎ Ability to highly typing speed in English & Bengali.
∎ Should be skills Creative content writing, Graphic Design, video content.

∎ Have the combination of creativity and quantitative analytical abilities.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be motivating, encouraging, positive, patient and empowering, intelligent & presentable.
∎ To be highly creative with experience in identifying target customers.
∎ Should be hardworking, proactive and enthusiastic abilities.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy
