Job Responsibilities:
∎ To proper maintenance of books of accounts /registers.
∎ To proper maintenance sales & collection record with organizations policy. To be movement field base due to accounts & collection work purpose.
∎ To proper maintenance sales documentation & goods delivery record with organizations policy.
∎ To maintain daily/ weekly/ monthly report on all sales proceeds, contributions, credit sale, sales due & advances.
∎ To preparation and submission of periodic daily/ weekly / monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) Sales & collection reports to the management.
∎ To be handling the items of every store along with the work activities of the MED goods
∎ Responsible for stocking of all sensitive and non-sensitive items in a neat and orderly manner. Be handling the items of every store along with the work activities of the MED goods
∎ Must be able to prepare & maintain bill challan/invoice, packing list, work order, purchase & demand sheet, money receipt and credit statement all kind of necessary Voucher, cash and bank transaction etc.
∎ To deal with Debit/Credit Voucher, different register and ledger.
∎ To manage day to day accounting records including Tally entries & Ledger / Party ledger book. To maintain accurate accounting system, including computer data entry and paper file system.
∎ To prepare & check cash voucher/bank voucher with supporting papers are prepared properly
∎ To manage day to day accounting records including Tally entries.
∎ To ensure properly and timely record keeping of books of accounts.
∎ To should have sound knowledge about ERP / Tally software & it’s troubleshooting.
∎ Good command on MS-Office, Internet browsing, email and any Accounting software.
∎ To involve the timely reporting of all monthly financial information with head office accounts units.
∎ To ensure appropriate TAX and VAT deduction from customer’s invoices and deposit to Govt. treasury.
∎ Entry in sales book and deduct VAT amount from the current account from all supplied product
∎ Every product must be issued against individual requisitions approved by depart heads.
∎ To be ensure product delivery by proper way with proper documentation & proper record keeping.
∎ To maintain records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work and filing of all documents
∎ To receive a copy of all purchase orders issued by procurement with sample where applicable. To maintain all goods delivery to customer and physically check quantity and quality as per work order.
∎ To taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
∎ To comply any other task as assigned by the authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated, driven, strong commitment and result-oriented
∎ Good Hands-on skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Should be typing speed to English & Bangla
∎ Be proactive, energetic, sincere, and honest
∎ Able to work under stressful circumstances
∎ Able to work an extra hour both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and oral good communication skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy
