Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling Customer complaint and inquires.
∎ Must have good communication skill
∎ Welcome and acknowledge each and every visitor/guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.
∎ Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints. Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Voice and pronunciation must clear and accent proper
∎ To handle inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Must be computer literate
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
∎ Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction In ERP.
∎ Prepare account reports - daily, weekly & monthly & send it to Head office.
∎ Handle accounting software independently
∎ Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
∎ Pleasant personalities and amiable behavior
∎ To maintain proper documentation and report accordingly.
∎ Any other work as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in communication (both Bengali and English)
∎ Must be computer literate
∎ Pleasant personalities and amiable behavior.
∎ Candidates with experience will get preference
∎ Voice and pronunciation must clear and accent proper
∎ Must be patient and be able to handle multi tasks
∎ Must have good communication skill
