Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ M.Com/MBA/Masters in Commerce or Accounting is preferable
∎ Minimum 3 years' of experience in TB Control project or related project.
∎ Experience in USAID Project will be an advantage.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Accounts and Finance
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure

∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): experience in the field of Finance and Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Context:
∎ One Year Contractual Appointment (With Possibility of Extension)
∎ Start Date- as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
∎ Document financial transactions by entering account information.
∎ Maintain accounting controls by preparing the necessary background papers.
∎ Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
∎ Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
∎ Prepare the necessary documents for procuring goods and services.
∎ Prepare the supporting documents for the procurement committee.
∎ Perform day to day administrative work for the HEED and ACTB Project.
∎ Supervise the tasks of the other support staff of the ACTB Project.
∎ Be responsible for all files, Vehicle and records of ACTB Project.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed with Manager-Finance and Director-Operations.
∎ Prepare all the project BANK related work timely and properly.
∎ Other duties as assigned by supervisor and HEED Finance Team.
∎ To prepare/supervise the monthly and quarterly reports of all activities with consultation of HEED Manager-Finance.
∎ To ensure all kinds of reports, minutes are timely sent to the Head Office, Dhaka
∎ To ensure that all kinds Accounts and Finance related documents and information are timely sent to the Head office Finance Team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge and skills in Accounting.
∎ Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Professional fluency in English - both written and verbal.
∎ Able to undertake travel as required.

∎ Tk. 51975 (Monthly)
