Responsibilities & Context:
∎ For Accounts :
∎ 1. Responsible for maintaining petty cash, cash book, bill register, general ledger, day-to-day accounts & financial activities are properly recorded into Books of Accounts.
∎ 2. Ensure properly and timely record keeping of books of accounts.
∎ 3. Responsible for preparing vouchers and passing all applicable accounting entries in PC & Books daily basis.
∎ 4. Any other task assigned by management as and when required .
∎
∎ For Marketing post-
∎ 1.Require strong proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
∎ 2.Superior skill in numbers and basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
∎ 3.Ability to learn new things and to take on new challenges.
∎ 4. Good interpersonal skills & communication skills.
∎ 5.Have to work with the team.
∎ 6. Have to provide official desk support to the Sales team
