∎ 5 to 8 years experience in the relevant fields
∎ Must have computer knowledge in office management.
∎ Capable of working under pressure and completing tasks within predetermined time frames.
∎ Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, good management skill and the ability to work independently.
∎ Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
∎ Any professional certificates / achievement will be an advantage of the candidate

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate should have relevant experience in woven garments, specially on woven jacket
∎ Designation may be upper / lower based on skills, ability and experience of the candidates and based on company rules.
∎ Prepare working plan & organize the team for their daily activities & supervise inspectors and provide guidelines
∎ Ensure and confirm line-wise garment quality, existing Quality report and SOP.
∎ Responsible to review size set samples/pre-production sample to ensure garment integrity.
∎ Responsible to review 1st production garment and to communicate findings to all appropriate contacts to rectify
∎ Closely follow Quality standards as per company / buyer requirements.
∎ Developing a workflow for product inspection.
∎ Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
∎ Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
∎ Training other quality insurance members on all inspection processes.
∎ Responsible to maintain inspection records and proper documentation.
