∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in providing HR Services & Solutions
∎ Assist in recruitment & talent acquisition process
∎ Preparation & disbursement of payroll and other employee benefits
∎ Assist in maintaining relationship with different stakeholders on behalf of Business Automation Limited
∎ Assist in managing company assets & maintaining standard work environment

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 4000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Insurance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ After successful accomplishment of "Young Professional" tenure, employee will be offered permanent position
