• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age At most 30 years

• Strong background in Industrial Engineering.

• Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Flexibility to work in both day and night shifts as required.

• Develop and implement shift-wise production plans aligned with shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare daily delivery budgets for all styles and monitor performance against targets.

• Create and maintain “Plan vs. Achievement” reports to track progress and identify improvement areas.

• Track the production-to-delivery progress of all styles to ensure schedule adherence.

• Oversee shade band and style closing activities to ensure quality consistency and compliance with standards.

• Collaborate in preparing the monthly wash plan according to production requirements.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support continuous process improvement and productivity enhancement.
