∎ Diploma/ B.Sc Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capacity study in dry process and wet process in washing plant;
∎ SMV making in dry and wet process, target set up shift wise in every process;
∎ Sample study and find process breakdown, process simplification;
∎ New operators recruitment and skill test;
∎ Operator wise and machine wise target achieve report making;
∎ Operations scanning in every process, root cause analysis;
∎ Hourly and shiftwise production monitoring ;
∎ Man mahcine projection for one month, 3 months and criticality analysis;
∎ Efficiency report making and other repor;t
∎ Process improvement,chemical save,manpower saving;
∎ Assist in recducing Rework and Rewash in the plant;
∎ Brainstrorming in developing new process for improvement;
∎ Any other additional task assigned by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Sound Knowledge in Computer operation;
∎ Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
