B.Sc in Textile Engineering and Apparel Manufacturing Preferably from renowned university in Bangladesh.

• Age At most 30 years

• Exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are mandatory;

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills along with computer literacy;

• Passion for the RMG industry and a desire to make a positive impact;

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in teams.

• Learn and apply principles of production planning, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing costs;

• Participate actively in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences to gain a deep understanding of our company`s operations, policies, and procedures;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various assignments and initiatives within the company;

• Assist in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement;

• Gain proficiency in quality control processes and standards to uphold the commitment to delivering superior-quality apparel to the buyers;

• Support sales and marketing efforts by assisting in conducting market research, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences;

• Actively participate in problem-solving activities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability;

• Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, merchandizers and external stakeholders;

• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards at all times;
