Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Bachelor/Honors

Diploma in Garments Design & Pattern Making/ HSC

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At most 35 years

• Should have good knowledge of Gerber software;

• Prepare pattern, size set, and paper pattern for Shirt;

• Prepare the costing and maintain the revised costing;

• Prepare a sample after approval from the buyer and send it to the concerned sections of the garments division;

• Ensure that any change made in the previously approved sample is communicated to the concerned persons timely;

• Check to sketch sample & make sample as per requirement;  

•  To prepare the quotation sample, revise the quotation sample;

• Ensure the fabric, thread and zipper booking consumption;

• To prepare the photo, wash and counter sample;

• To make the first size set sample and make corrections;

• To ensure the before-wash man after-wash measurement;

• Create a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes, using measurement charts, drafting instruments, CAD computers, and/or grading devices, sketches, sample articles, and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes, and sizes of pattern parts and the amount of material or fabric required to make product consumption;

• Any other tasks related to the duties and responsibilities of the Pattern Master.
