∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Industrial Production Engineering (IPE)/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ M.Sc (Math)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze individual Wash & Dry operators performance.
∎ Time- study, capacity study & hourly production follow up.
∎ Monitoring Wash & Dry line score sheets by hourly basis.
∎ Training Wash & Dry operators’ efficiency follow up.
∎ Preparation of Daily Report as an IE Officer.
∎ Making the daily Wash & Dry Line efficiency, Factory Efficiency, Production status, NPT reports.
∎ Making Factory Wash & Dry Hourly Production monitoring chart and must show to Asst. Manager/Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Procedure of making Miss-use manpower report.
∎ Hourly output monitoring (Individual operation) & Bottleneck management.
∎ Should have ready to work under pressure;
∎ Must have well behavior and good communication skill both verbal and written.
∎ Good computer skill in MS word, excel and power point especially
