Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maximize utilization of resources.
∎ Check existing capacity & increase.
∎ Check & analyzes existing efficiency and increase.
∎ Eliminate NPT.
∎ Reduce change over time.
∎ Identify wasteful motions and eliminate.
∎ Standardize SMV in cutting, sewing to finishing.
∎ Implement 5S.
∎ Implement Kaizen in production area.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
