Job Responsibilities:
∎ Theme Development: Create and customize WordPress themes from scratch, ensuring they align with project requirements and design specifications.
∎ Plugin Development: Develop custom WordPress plugins to extend website functionality, optimize performance, and meet client needs.
∎ Front-End Development: Collaborate with our design team to implement responsive and visually appealing front-end designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
∎ Back-End Integration: Integrate themes and plugins seamlessly with WordPress, ensuring efficient data handling and functionality.
∎ Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize website performance, addressing issues related to speed, security, and SEO.
∎ Code Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain codebases, fix bugs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure website stability and security.
∎ Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure websites and themes are compatible with various browsers and devices for a consistent user experience.
∎ Documentation: Document code, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
∎ Freelance Skills and International Client Dealing: Possess the skills to manage freelance projects independently, effectively communicate with international clients, and adapt to different cultural and business contexts.
∎ Envato Marketplace Expertise: Showcase proficiency in creating, selling, and supporting WordPress themes or plugins on Envato Marketplaces, including adherence to Envato guidelines and effective marketing strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing custom themes and plugins.
∎ Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
∎ Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
∎ Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
∎ Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
∎ Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for international client interactions.
