• Age At least 20 years

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation work.

• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography.

• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from creative briefs.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.

• Experience with video editing and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus point.

• Should have a strong command of graphic design skills along with advanced knowledge of software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or any other graphics software.

• Have experience with key expertise in Visual Storytelling, Photography and Image Editing, Print and Packaging Design, and Expertise in Brand Communication Design.

• Understand design briefs, determine requirements, and conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

• Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

• Create Video Content for Social Media, PR & Branding. Review and approve design concepts, layouts, and final deliverables.

• Regularly produce reels, images, and videos for Social Media Platforms and design them according to the Social Media guidelines and conditions.

• Design promotional materials such as leaflets, brochures, business profiles, and more.

• Should have a keen eye for aesthetics and details and should be able to conceptualize & create visuals with minimum supervision.

• Any experience with digital marketing channels using Social Media will be an added advantage.

• Edit and retouch images as needed.
