∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Welfare
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct the awareness training program on rules and regulations compliance issues, health and safety, first aid etc.
∎ Workers & Staff Welfare and counseling.
∎ Ensure congenial work place.
∎ Collect the employees' grievances and solve the grievances on top most priority basis.
∎ Ensure the hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
∎ Keeping official record on welfare management.
∎ Take care of workers, special care of pregnant workers.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Law and Company policies.
∎ Any others task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Garments (Woven- Shirt) factory is an added advantage.
∎ Good Command in English.
∎ Must have sound Computer knowledge: MS Office & Typing both Bengali, English as well as preparing power point presentation.
∎ Dynamic, energetic, pro-active.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skill.
∎ Modern System adaptability & creativity.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
