Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Woven Garments (Tops Bottom), Woven Garments Factory Production Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having Engineering back ground in setting Plant of Woven GMTS especially World Class Shirt Project is preferable.
∎ To have the knowledge about shirt & pant production (all types of woven).
∎ To have the knowledge about product and its productivity.
∎ To have the knowledge about all sorts of compliance.
∎ To know about all sorts of production calculation. Starting from receiving of raw material to final delivery of GMTS.
∎ Must have knowledge to prepare man power setup to run the 48 lines project more effectively and efficiently.
∎ He will be solely responsible to operate / run the project (Shirt Project) and to maintain shipment on time with quality to satisfy the ultimate customer / buyer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good control / command to run the entire department with its production.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill, Leadership, Honest & Dynamic.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
Salary: Negotiable
