Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to monitor all health, safety & workplace environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Assist to Compliance Manager to face Social Compliance, ISO , WRAP, CTPAT, BSCI, SEDEX, Accord and Alliance audits.
∎ Maintain and Update company policy, Code of Conduct and all other compliance related documents.
∎ Must have the capability to prepare document's for several Audits.
∎ To conduct weekly and monthly internal audit and select member of the audit team and provide their proper responsibility in written
∎ Assist to DGM/Compliance Manager to resolve non-compliance issue and also help them to prepare corrective Action plan on the basis of External/ third party social compliance.
∎ To prepare training schedule and conduct all sort of training and educate the worker on company rules & regulations, disciplinary policy, fire safety, electrical safety, PPE, MSDS etc.
∎ Assist welfare team for smooth continuation of their regular activities and grievance handling.
∎ To check and update all fire safety and other safety equipment's.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate skills in Computer Applications and excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Salary: Negotiable
