Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capacity vs booking vs utilization of production capacity.
∎ Resource (man, machine & material) allocation.
∎ Practical alignment of production capacity with an order.
∎ Material (sample to bulk) requirements planning.
∎ Inventory management
∎ Design & implement warehouse management system.
∎ Determine Economic order quantity and re-order point.
∎ Reengineering the production process to maximize the efficiency & productivity.
∎ Production scheduling to meet the demand of marketing department.
∎ Reduce waste of resources and eliminate non-productive time.
∎ Produce high quality product and make sure on time delivery.
