Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 30 years
Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Must be adjustable with factory environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Fully capable of all the committees like PC, safety, Anti-harassment, Grievance, Anti- corruption & canteen committee.
Ensure training & development activities & maintain record according to buyer & compliance requirements.
Ensure grievance mechanism system & maintain all type of records as per compliance requirements.
Ensure floor compliance regularly & look after medical, canteen, childcare, drinking water & sanitation system strongly.
Manage and deal with wages and employment matters by joint consultation with the management and the workers’ representative body.
Maintain maternity related activities & all type of record properly.
Ensure strong counselling to workers to smooth operation & better environment.
Ensure all welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law and Labor Rules.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
