Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Ability to work independently and under time pressure.

• Must be adjustable with factory environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.

• Fully capable of all the committees like PC, safety, Anti-harassment, Grievance, Anti- corruption & canteen committee.

• Ensure training & development activities & maintain record according to buyer & compliance requirements.

• Ensure grievance mechanism system & maintain all type of records as per compliance requirements.

• Ensure floor compliance regularly & look after medical, canteen, childcare, drinking water & sanitation system strongly.

• Manage and deal with wages and employment matters by joint consultation with the management and the workers’ representative body.

• Maintain maternity related activities & all type of record properly.

• Ensure strong counselling to workers to smooth operation & better environment.

• Ensure all welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law and Labor Rules.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
