Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management skill
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 30 years
Strong knowledge in Woven production will be given preference
Knowledge of knit fabrics, sewing, cutting, finishing, and quality control
Strong knowledge of knit fabrics, sewing defects, and fitting standards
Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership quality to drive the self-inspection model
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure products meet internal standards, buyer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Implement quality controls across all production stages and maintain updated SOPs.
Standardize processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive preventive actions.
Conduct internal audits, manage third-party inspections, and ensure ISO/buyer compliance.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma (6σ), and 5S to minimize defects and improve efficiency.
Train and mentor QA/QC staff on inspection protocols, quality standards, and defect prevention.
Address customer complaints with timely corrective measures to uphold buyer confidence.
