Additional Requirements:

Candidates with factory working experience in relevant field will be given preference.
Strong knowledge of IT equipment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of IT asset management, inventory tracking, and warranty processes.
Responsibilities & Context:
Configure, troubleshoot, and provide user support for IT equipment.
Manage configuration and troubleshooting of networking devices.
Collaborate with the Group IT team on infrastructure development projects.
Handle service requests, equipment replacement, warranty claims, and asset management.
Maintain IT inventory records and coordinate timely delivery of equipment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Head.
