Experience in a store management role within the woven garment industry
Experience to working in factory
Must knowledge of inventory software (ERP) systems
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee store operations for woven garment production.
Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories with proper documentation.
Ensure timely receipt and issuance of materials to production.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and merchandising for smooth workflow.
Prepare periodic store reports and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Supervise and guide the store team, utilizing ERP for requisitions.
