• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age At least 30 years

• Strong knowledge in Woven production will be given preference

• Knowledge of knit fabrics, sewing, cutting, finishing, and quality control

• Experience working with international buyers (Europe/USA) is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong leadership quality to drive the self-inspection model

• Lead the Quality Assurance team at factory level, overseeing all quality systems from fabric inspection to final shipment.

• Ensure strict quality control in fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing, aligned with buyer-specific standards (Walmart, H&M, Zara, M&S, LPP, Kmart, etc.).

• Conduct pre-production meetings, risk assessments, and quality planning for new styles and programs.

• Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections to ensure AQL standards are consistently achieved.

• Identify root causes of defects, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and drive continuous improvement to reduce rework and improve KPIs.

• Train and guide QA staff on SOPs, buyer requirements, and product specifications.

• Coordinate with buyers’ QC teams and auditors for inspections and technical audits, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and buyer audit requirements.
