Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: Employee Relations, Excelent computer skill, good communication skill, Khowladge of Bangladesh Labour Law, Working under pressure

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments HR and Admin, group of industries
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Textile

Job Context:
∎ Must be Experience in Knit Composite garments factory as a welfare officer.
∎ Candidate get advantage who lives near factory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct workers orientation training.
∎ To assist in the organization of Safety propagation & training courses.
∎ Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
∎ Handling employee grievance and counseling.
∎ Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage.
∎ Listening to workers and counseling them as well.
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.
∎ Ensuring proper communication between workers and management.
∎ Maintaining registers (Maternity Leave, Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programs, etc.).
∎ Organizing meetings of PC, Safety Committee.
∎ Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law.
∎ Handling maternity workers health and benefit issues.
∎ Ensuring different documentations related to Compliance and welfare.
∎ To ensure health, hygiene & safety issues.
∎ Keeping perfect Official record on Welfare Management.
∎ Ensuring proper both way flow of communication between Workers and Management.
∎ To execute Orientation, Training and awareness program for the Workers
∎ Others task assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Computer skill in Microsoft Office (Word /Excel/ PowerPoint).

Salary: Negotiable
