∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounts and audit, Administration, Communication, Internal Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and schedule audit programs. Train and mentor audit assistants and other audit staffs.
∎ Analyze production data, records, reports and statements.
∎ Coordinate with the management to take necessary action on audit findings. Integrate best practices and systems into the audit program.
∎ ERP implementation, development & Admin of ERP support.
∎ Data collection from all the department, check, analysis, compile data & report according to the organizational requirement.
∎ Business feasibility study according to the style’s profit & loss.
∎ Follow up sampling, development & production in all stage.
∎ Order wise job analysis and job closing (Garments & fabric) & Shipment follow up.
∎ Working on sewing line wise Costing & Knitting, Dyeing machine wise & day wise costing.
∎ Follow-up textile production (Internal & External) & Follow-up garments production (Internal & External)
∎ Working on garments, printing, dyeing & knitting NPT 9Non Production Time) & Efficiency %, RFT %, Adding, topping, Re-process, EBQ %, Planning & Production monitoring.
∎ Monitoring the day-to-day production with efficiency planning and on time delivery.
∎ Audit delivery for production, evaluation & reporting, efficiency growth / decrease study, CAD related work and marker efficiency, KTP approval, short & Addition issue.
∎ CS & working for development various production & non-production items & working on inventory system.
∎ Working for man, machine and material utilization, process follow-up & development
∎ Work in special projects as required & various reports according to the desire of the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
