Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any accredited and reputed university.
∎ Technical education on textile technology will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All sample washing to follow exactly as per buyer standard.
∎ Review bulk shade fabric panel before cutting with factories.
∎ Maintain exact wash recipe as per approved sample in bulk.
∎ Maintain shade control to minimum range in bulk washing.
∎ Plan wash capacity with laundries.
∎ Maintain delivery date as per shipment schedule.
∎ Reduce percentage of wash rejection in bulk.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Buying House, Garments, Multinational Companies, Textile, Washing Factory
∎ Must have thorough knowledge and understanding about the industrial garments washing management like normal wash, pigment wash, bleach wash, stone wash, acid wash, enzyme wash, sandblasting, caustic wash and super white wash.
∎ Should have basic communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali. Should be proficient in the use of computer, especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Data Base Management, etc.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage team and deal with multi-level stakeholders.
∎ Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment.
