Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop an effective, fruitful and challenging Quality team for dry & wet process;
∎ Responsible for all quality related assignments/ issues by focusing on customer requirements;
∎ Responsible for receiving right garments from the sewing unit and deliver the right products to the finishing section as per customer requirements;
∎ Need to conduct Wash PP meeting regularly and distribute callouts of the PP meeting among the team including sewing unit;
∎ Must be capable of doing 1st bulk wash review with wash & sewing floor technicians/ managers;
∎ Must have good knowledge on precaution and its implementation before going for random bulk production;
∎ Need to have a clear idea about pattern correction as well as product measurement;
∎ Capable of taking additional approval from buyers/buying offices by giving logical explanation;
∎ Must be capable of checking daily QA reports and by analyzing it need to give feedback for corrective and predictive actions;
∎ Need to have good Technical knowledge about R&D, Shade Band, TOP, GTP, Shipment samples etc. and take necessary steps to pass all samples in right time;
∎ Need to maintain a smooth relationship/ communication with sewing/ finishing unit as well as buying technician/merchandising/ QA for smooth shipment;
∎ Ensure safety, controlling wash rejection/ rework & reduce DHU and maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job;
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have good communication skill;
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Must be a Team player;
∎ Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills.
