  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.
  • Knowledge of travel booking platforms, hotel operations, or customer support systems is a plus.
  • A positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.


Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Vendor and Customer Relationship Executive. You will be responsible for managing relationships with hotel, resort, and home stay partners, ensuring excellent service for our customers, and contributing to the growth of bogusboo.com.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner hotels, resorts, and home stays.
  • Communicate with vendors to onboard new properties and ensure updated listings.
  • Handle customer queries and feedback related to bookings and partner properties.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and improve service quality.
