• Handle clients professionally for air ticketing, hotel bookings, and tour packages, ensuring accurate and timely service.

• Manage corporate and tele-sales through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp marketing, meeting daily performance goals.

• Coordinate and support the sales team with leads, updates, and documentation when required.

• Manage and update the company’s Facebook page, respond to customer messages, comments, and feedback promptly.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, meetings booked, and overall revenue growth.

• Build rapport with clients and handle objections confidently while maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude.

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system; prepare concise daily and weekly reports.

• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from first contact to closure.

• Follow all call scripts, quality, and compliance guidelines while upholding company and brand standards in every interaction.

• Adapt quickly to training, feedback, and new processes; contribute proactive ideas to improve sales performance and client experience.
