- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Freshers with strong confidence and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and onboard new hotels, resorts, and home stays to join Bogusboo.com.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel and hospitality partners.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with vendors to expand inventory and improve offers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to drive bookings and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality listings, pricing accuracy, and partner satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business growth targets.
