💼 Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-speed, AI-savvy UX/UI Designer who can design, iterate, and deliver fast. If you love using AI tools to boost creativity and productivity—and can turn ideas into polished designs quickly—this role is for you.
You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, visually stunning, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
⚡ Key Responsibilities
Conduct rapid user research (AI-assisted surveys, insights, and usability testing)
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Create user flows, personas, and journey maps for optimized experiences
Use AI tools (e.g., design assistants, prototyping AI, UX research AI) to speed up workflows
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect, fast implementation
Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI components
Run usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate quickly
Stay updated with UX/UI trends, AI tools, and emerging design technologies
Align design decisions with business goals and product strategy
🎯 Requirements
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (portfolio required)
Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
Experience using AI tools in design workflow (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Uizard, etc.)
Ability to design and deliver fast without compromising quality
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments is a plus

Experience in SaaS products or AI-based platforms
Basic understanding of front-end (HTML, CSS)
Motion design or micro-interactions experience
Data-driven design mindset (A/B testing, analytics)
