We help businesses build stunning brands, functional websites, powerful apps, and engaging video content. We are a growing team looking for a dynamic professional to help us showcase our work and attract new clients.
We are seeking an Online Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our portfolio, marketing efforts, and client acquisition. You will build a professional online presence, create compelling marketing materials, generate leads, and close deals for our design and development services. This is a key growth role — ideal for someone who is creative, sales-oriented, and loves digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Development
Create and maintain a professional, high-converting portfolio website showcasing our best graphic design, web, app, and video projects.
Collect case studies, before-after results, and client testimonials from existing work.
Regularly update the portfolio with new projects.
Marketing & Branding
Develop and execute marketing strategies (social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, email, etc.) to promote Labfry Technology.
Create marketing content such as posts, reels, case studies, brochures, and proposals.
Manage our social media accounts and run targeted ad campaigns to generate leads.
Improve our overall brand image and online visibility (SEO, content marketing, etc.).
Client Acquisition & Sales
Identify and reach out to potential clients (businesses needing websites, apps, branding, or video production).
Generate leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.), local networking, and referrals.
Prepare and send professional proposals and quotations.
Conduct client meetings (online or in-person), understand their requirements, and close projects.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Other Duties
Track marketing performance and report monthly results (leads, website traffic, conversions).
Coordinate with our internal team (designers & developers) to deliver projects smoothly.
Help build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements / Skills:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing (1–3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of web design, app development, graphic design, and video production services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to create compelling proposals and marketing content.
Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or CRM tools is a big plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or with a small team.
Good command of English (and Bengali if targeting local clients in Bangladesh).
