💼 Role Overview
We are hiring a results-focused Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can drive traffic, generate leads, and convert them into paying customers (local + international).
If you understand how to run campaigns, generate quality leads, and grow revenue—this role is for you.
⚡ Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Generate high-quality leads for our services (software, AI, SaaS)
Manage paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with strong ROI focus
Run lead generation funnels (landing pages, forms, automation)
Do cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, messaging) to attract clients
Optimize campaigns based on performance (CTR, CPL, conversions)
Work with the sales/team to convert leads into customers
Build and manage customer acquisition strategies
Track and report results regularly
🎯 Requirements
Proven experience in Digital Marketing / Lead Generation
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads & Google Ads
Ability to generate real leads and customers (not just traffic)
Good communication skills (English preferred)
Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
🔥 Bonus Skills
Experience with international client acquisition
Knowledge of SaaS or software marketing
Email marketing & automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
SEO and content marketing knowledge
Experience in B2B lead generation
