💼 Role Overview
We are hiring a results-focused Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can drive traffic, generate leads, and convert them into paying customers (local + international).

If you understand how to run campaigns, generate quality leads, and grow revenue—this role is for you.


⚡ Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Generate high-quality leads for our services (software, AI, SaaS)

  • Manage paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with strong ROI focus

  • Run lead generation funnels (landing pages, forms, automation)

  • Do cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, messaging) to attract clients

  • Optimize campaigns based on performance (CTR, CPL, conversions)

  • Work with the sales/team to convert leads into customers

  • Build and manage customer acquisition strategies

  • Track and report results regularly


🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing / Lead Generation

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads & Google Ads

  • Ability to generate real leads and customers (not just traffic)

  • Good communication skills (English preferred)

  • Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization

  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset


🔥 Bonus Skills

  • Experience with international client acquisition

  • Knowledge of SaaS or software marketing

  • Email marketing & automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

  • SEO and content marketing knowledge

  • Experience in B2B lead generation
