We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing & Creative Agency looking for a Video Motion Designer / Motion Graphics Expert who can create high-impact motion videos for brands, ads, and social media campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling, branding, and marketing-driven motion design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create motion graphics videos for:

  • Social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)

  • Brand promos & commercials

  • Explainer videos & product videos

  • Reels, Shorts & story videos

• Develop storyboards, transitions, and animations

• Edit videos with strong timing, rhythm, and visual flow

• Add text animation, icons, effects, and sound sync

• Maintain brand consistency across all video content

• Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams

• Revise videos based on client feedback and campaign goals

• Meet deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly content plans

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer / Video Editor

• Expert in:

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Premiere Pro

  • (Bonus: Blender / Cinema 4D)

• Strong skills in:

  • Motion typography

  • Logo animation

  • Social media ad creatives

• Understanding of digital marketing & ad performance

• Ability to create both fast-paced ads and clean brand videos

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have (Bonus):

• Experience working with digital marketing agencies

• Knowledge of TikTok / Reels / Shorts trends

• Basic sound design & music selection

• AI tools for video & motion workflow

• Color grading knowledge
