Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/ Class

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve Corporate Business Asset & Liability Team/ individual targets in terms of sales volume and number of accounts
∎ Maintain quality asset through effective retention and prioritize relationships, having appropriate relationship management plan & taking consultative approach to understand client's objectives, effective identification of financial needs, offering financial solutions, and undertakes ongoing review and assessment to ensure plan execution
∎ To lead a team of Relationship Managers/ Assistant Relationship Managers
∎ To develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health
∎ To give credit decisions and supervise submission of loan proposals to CRM for approval
∎ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer's business through regular customer visits and industry research
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements
∎ To follow and maintain the compliance of all types and policies of the competent authorities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in reputed banks with 4 years' experience in working in a Corporate Relationship Management Team
∎ Strong knowledge in banking/ financial services, Corporate & SME products and compliances
∎ Well round knowledge of the Bank's operations and processes and excellent knowledge of trade and credit policies and procedures
∎ Experience of working in centralized environment and real time on-line banking will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, team building and people management skills
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
∎ Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications
