Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation from any discipline from any reputed Public/Private University. 3rd class/division is not allowed in all academic discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ready to work in field level of the program
∎ Willingness to work with low-income professionals, marginal people and small entrepreneurs
∎ Area survey (within the demarcated area) for finding potential customers Interested to take challenges to meet up yearly business target
∎ Maintain good official relationship with the clients
∎ Analysis of financial status of the entrepreneur, guarantor and other security
∎ Analysis of the entrepreneur, guarantor and other security
∎ Promote different micro credit products and procedures among target groups
∎ Appraise and prepare loan proposals, compile required documents, obtain approval, disbursement, recovery etc.
∎ Work in close relationship with Line Manager and customers
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Line Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Age not over 30 years as on 15 September 2023
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
∎ Ability to drive and manage interaction with clients and Business units
∎ Minimum knowledge on data analysis, banking rules & regulations and economy of Bangladesh
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Intending candidates with valid motorcycle driving license and working at Micro Credit Program of Non-Government Organization (NGO) will be given preference.

After completing the contractual period the employee will be permanent, salary and other benefits will be as per rules of the bank.
