Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters/MBA in any discipline preferably in business background from any reputed university with no Third Class/Division
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring better customer services through smooth functioning of daily banking operations
∎ Ensuring day-to-day banking operations with vast knowledge of BACH, BEFTN, RTGS and front desk services
∎ Processing full account opening procedures of different type of accounts
∎ andling of account closing and Account transfer procedures
∎ Issuing Cheque book requisition, Cheque book delivery and ensuring check clearing services
∎ Providing internet/online banking facilities including remittance services
∎ Checking KYC procedures, TP, CTR, STR issues, Card related services and others
∎ Performing Payment Order, Demand Draft, Fund transfer, opening of Internet/ online banking/ account etc.
∎ Ensuring Stop Cheque, hold fund, no debit, account block, hold mail and standing instruction
∎ To communicate with existing and potential customers for recurring sales opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in reputed banks with minimum 2 years' experience in general banking/ customer services area
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast paced Information Technology environment with vast knowledge of Online/ Internet banking
∎ Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment
∎ Sufficient knowledge of customer services/ general banking operations, policies and procedures
