Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus or equivalent work experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaboration: with web developers, users, and customers to build mockups, and improve user experience, with management and marketing personnel to prepare social media posts. Prepare and present drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders and amend designs after feedback.
∎ Design: Robust and responsive UI mockups and prototypes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps, original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables), creative promotional and branding post for social media and visuals based on requirements
∎ Quality: ensure designs and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand, ensure high quality graphic standards, use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic, test graphics across various media and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, images and brand consistency
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years of work experience as a UI/UX Engineer
∎ A strong portfolio of illustrations, design project or other graphics
∎ Strong English communication skills is a must
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of design software and technologies (Adobe Suites, Sketch, Figma)
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details
∎ Work experience in an international environment and with agile methods
∎ Good time-management skills
∎ Need to be an inspiring team member and proactive communicator
∎ Ability to understand the requirements of our international clients
∎ Humility and knowing how to encourage team members
∎ Good and friendly character, able to work in a team
∎ Go-minded spirit ("yes, we can...")
Salary:
∎ Monthly package range is from BDT 40,000 - 80,000 based on skills and experience
