Experience:

• 1 to 5 years

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant fields is an advantage but not required.

• 1 to 5 years

• 1 to 5+ years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.

• Strong English communication skills are a must.

• Previous Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar Software Engineering positions is aplus.

• Have experience in Linux Operating system and related tools (i.e. awk, bash, grep etc.)

• Working knowledge over Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Gcloud, AWS etc. cloudtechnologies

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Go, JAVA, C/C++).

• Working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS

• Strong Investigation Skills and Patience.

• Problem-solving attitude.

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to help us buildfunctional systems that improve customer experience. DevOps Engineer responsibilities includedeploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meetcustomer needs. If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with Ruby or

Python, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast,accurately and securely.

Responsibilities

• Implement integrations requested by customers.

• Deploy updates and fixes.

• Be available for on-call incident response and provide Level 2 technical support.

• Build tools to reduce the occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.

• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.

• Perform root cause analysis for production errors.

• Investigate and resolve technical issues.

• Develop scripts to automate workflows

• Design procedures and write documentation for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
