Experience:
Graduation completed from any reputed university.
Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer or Admin Assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a MUST.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge on G-suite will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Professional appearance and cordial demeanor.
Proficient in G-Suite, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g. printers, copiers, scanners).

WellDev is a software development company headquartered in Switzerland that builds robust applications & software solutions for international clients. We are looking for a professional and personable Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and provide excellent customer service to our clients, visitors, and employees. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting guests, managing appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate must have a pleasant personality and good command in English communication.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome all kinds of visitors and employees upon arrival at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic, accurate information & general assistance (both in-person and via phone/email)
Receive, sort & safekeeping daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
Assist C levels and Managers with different administrative tasks.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and mailing.
Coordinate office supplies and keep stock inventory.
Assist with organizing and coordinating events with the HR Department.
Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling, and conducting interviews if needed.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Monthly compensation package of BDT 35,000 during the probationary period
Salary Review after completing the Probationary period based on Performance
