Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive the strategic design of user experiences for web and mobile platforms in alignment with company goals and user insights.
∎ Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, marketing, and management teams to translate requirements into intuitive UI & UX designs.
∎ Create user-centric designs by incorporating business needs and user feedback.
∎ Translate requirements into comprehensive style guides, design systems, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
∎ Incorporate feedback, user research, and metrics to refine designs and enhance user experience.
∎ Identify and address UX issues, ensuring responsiveness and clarity.
∎ Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups as needed.
