Responsibilities & Context:
Anwar Group of Industries is hiring a Transport Officer for its Building Materials Division under the Logistics & Distribution Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor vehicle movement, drivers, helpers, and trip performance
- Ensure daily vehicle allocation and maximize use of own fleet
- Handle vehicle hire, route planning, tolls, and transport cost control
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, workshop coordination, and documentation
- Monitor trip logs, delivery performance, and prepare daily reports
- Maintain good relations with traffic authorities and ensure safety compliance
